Update Personal Information in WALT

Keeping your records fresh just got easier!

We’ve rolled out a new experience that allows Lean Tech users and admins to seamlessly manage personal information updates. Here's what's new:

📝 For LT Users

• Submit updates to your personal information directly in WALT, making it easier to keep the Talent team informed and your records up to date.

• Cancel requests anytime if something changes before review.

• Attachment validations are now live when submitting updates for key documents. WALT now enforces format and completeness validations for:

  Bank Info

  EPS

  AFP

  Cesantías

  Compensation Fund

👩‍💼 For Admins

• Track and manage requests with new status updates and comment options to inform employees when their information has been reviewed or updated.

• Automatic email notifications are now sent to People Admins when:

  • A new update request is submitted

  • An employee cancels their request

• New Filter Option: Quickly filter update requests by type:
  EPS, AFP, Bank, Compensation Fund.

Compensation Fund Assignments are available now in WALT!🎉

Managing your Compensation Fund is now easier and more organized! 

When selecting the Compensation Fund update type, you can choose the beneficiary type: Spouse, Children, or Parents, each with its own checklist of required documents. Just upload clear and complete PDFs, and you’re good to go!

📂 Here’s what you’ll need by beneficiary type:

👫 Spouse

• Civil Marriage Certificate

• Sworn Declaration (Caja format)

• Spouse's ID

👶 Children

• Sworn Declaration (Caja format)

• Age 0–6: Civil Birth Certificate

• Age 7–11: Birth Certificate + Child’s ID

• Age 12–17: Birth Certificate + Child’s ID + Current School Certificate

👵 Parents (Must be over 60, economically dependent, and not affiliated with another Caja)

• Employee’s Civil Registration

• Parent IDs

• Sworn Declaration (Caja format)

✨ Other Improvements & Fixes

• ✅ Minimum Amount Fix:
  Users can now submit Brain Power requests under 40K without any issues.

• 🔄 Cancellation Enabled:
  Admins can now cancel Brain Power requests— no more getting stuck!
