💰 Salary Increase Tracking

Easily manage your salary adjustment requests! Now, you can:
✅ Track your current and expected salary updates.
✅ Monitor request status (Pending Review, Under Review, In Committee, Approved/Rejected).
✅ View salary history and past adjustments.
🔹 Reminder: New requests are allowed one year after the last effective increase (or based on your start date).

• Direct employees can now select a bonus amount and receive a unique code instantly!
