Let's start a new checkup evaluation for a warrior who is nearly overdue to compare their results with the previous assessment.

Warrior Checkup Evaluation
Firstly, select if the checkup belongs to a Periodic evaluation or if it is about a Change of contract.

To perform this evaluation, the reviewer (Manager/POC) should meet with the evaluated person to discuss and fill out the evaluated competencies and skills.
During the meeting, the user should provide their self-assessment for each skill, and the reviewer should also provide their assessment based on their perspective.

Finally, there should be an agreement between the reviewer and the user on what actions to stop, start, and continue doing as part of the final assessment.
