How to request a Growth/Technical Plan

 

Go to the Growth tab

Open WALT, in the left sidebar, you will find a Growth dropdown, click on it.

Select Requests.

 

Visualize the Growth/Technical Plan option and click on Make a Request.

 

Customize your Growth/Technical Plan

The request modal will open up, start by selecting the language of your Growth plan.

 

Type the skill or area that you want to learn/improve.

 

Choose the goal of your Growth/Technical plan from the options displayed.

 

The options of the Growth/Technical plan Purpose such as Role Change, Soft Skills Growth, etc will display another box and you need to specify further information such as skills, processes, and technologies.

 

Finally, click on Request.

 

Validate your request

Click on My Board to see the status of your request.

In My Requests, you will visualize your request and status.

 

At this step, the Admin user should review your Growth/Technical plan request and decide to approve it. 

 

Approval Notification

After the Growth request is approved, you will receive a notification that confirms that.

 

Email visualization.

 

Back to My Board, you can visualize the request status.

 

Please ensure that you complete the tasks and adhere to the deadlines outlined in the Action Plans created by the Admin users.
