💸 Cesantías Withdrawal – Full Feature Set

The cesantías letter request for the withdrawal process has been completely digitized:

✅Employees can now submit, track, and manage requests directly in WALT—no emails required.
✅Admin teams can manage approvals and generate letters from the admin section.
✅Final letters are delivered by email or can be downloaded from WALT.

🔍 Impact: Full process automation, reduced admin workload, and enhanced employee experience.

🤖 AI Support & Navigation

AI Navigator services have been implemented to assist users in navigating new benefit and request modules.

🧑‍🎓 AI Growth

WALT now enables an AI module to submit and manage their career development plans through a self-service module designed to promote long-term growth and engagement.

✔ Notifications added for managers when a customer approves PTO  -  Power Q customer integration
✔ Hustle for the Muscle: Fixed issue where comments on status updates weren’t displayed.
