In the Admin module click on Training.
Task Setup
Among the available options, Task Setup enables the creation of tasks that can be assigned to members of the Transitory Team.

In the view you can see if there are existent Tasks, you can also modify them, however, in this case, we are going to add a new one, so go to the Add icon (➕) on the right side next to the Filters.
A new modal will open, allowing you to input key details such as the Task Name, the Area of the company requesting the task, the Due Date (indicating how many days this information will remain available), an optional Link, and a brief Description.
You can also specify whether the task requires Notifications. Once all the details are complete, simply click on 'Create Task' to finalize.
Assignations
To Assign a user to the Transitory Team, go to the Assignations tab.

Type the name and select it, then click on Assign Tasks.

With the user now added to the Transitory Team, you can begin creating and assigning tasks to guide their journey within this team.

To assign new tasks, click on the Edit icon.

Begin by selecting the tasks you wish to assign a Status, and then click on 'Assign.'
Below you will find the objective from each Status:
New Beginnings: Coordinate & validate your information to ensure a smooth transition while setting the stage for an enriching experience with Staffing as your support team. (Usually does not have any task)
Profile Spotlight: Update profile details and validate English proficiency, highlighting your skills to present yourself in the best possible light.
Expertise and Background Review: Showcase your achievements and skills through a video and an updated resume, emphasizing your experience authentically and effectively.
Discover a Training Journey: Assess your readiness for an intensive training program aimed at skill enhancement and professional growth, supported by a personalized interview and profile analysis.
Opportunities and Candidate Postulation: Present your profile to clients, emphasizing your strengths and aligning opportunities with your career aspirations.
Customer Conversation: Engage in deeper discussions with the client to confirm mutual compatibility, showcasing your expertise and value.
Successful Placement: Transition seamlessly into your new project after excelling in the selection process, ready to contribute significantly to the client’s success. (Usually does not have any task)

You can choose multiple tasks as needed to streamline the process.
If a Status includes multiple tasks, you can select the specific activities you want the user to complete.

As the user completes each assigned task, the Progress Bar will steadily increase until it reaches 100%, indicating that all tasks have been completed.

Final steps
Once the user has achieved their purpose within the Transitory Team, you will have two options or Status to proceed:

Successful Placement: This occurs when the user is reassigned to a new account, marking the start of their next professional journey.

Future Opportunities: This option applies if the user will no longer be part of the company, allowing their profile to remain open for potential future roles.
Choose the appropriate option based on the user's next steps.

Please note that every time the user's status is updated, they will automatically receive a notification via email or Slack, ensuring they are promptly informed of any changes.
