The Offboarding feature empowers admin users to efficiently manage employee exits. With just a few clicks, admins can initiate the offboarding process and automatically notify managers to provide structured feedback through a dedicated questionnaire.

Managers can assess the departing employee’s contributions, performance, and overall impact, ultimately determining whether they are recommended for future opportunities. This seamless workflow ensures a smooth transition while maintaining valuable insights for the organization.

With the Special Occasions feature, celebrating your colleagues has never been easier! Whether it's a birthday, work anniversary, or a well-deserved recognition, users and managers can request a personalized gift for a teammate. Simply add the details of the gift you have in mind, and make their day extra special!

Badges: Recognizing Achievements, One Badge at a Time! 🏆

The Badges feature allows admins to track and reward employee contributions effortlessly. Admins can assign activities to employees, and once they meet the criteria, they automatically earn a badge—along with a well-deserved notification!

With a dedicated Badges Earned section, admins can view and search for badge achievements based on employee name, seniority, and level (Rookie, Achiever, Proficient, Master, or General).

Creating and managing badges is simple, with flexible options for activity tracking, leader-exclusive badges, and different achievement levels. Plus, built-in rules ensure that once a badge is earned, it remains a permanent milestone while keeping badge management structured and fair.

🚀 ETP Upgrades

• Clearer Communication: Employee comments and Admin comments are now separated in ETP & Wellness requests for better visibility.
• Berlitz Level Updates: The system now updates Berlitz validation every 11 months to ensure accurate language proficiency tracking.
• Data Migration: ETP data has been successfully migrated for a seamless transition.

• Leader Checkup Confirmation: A new message now confirms when a leader checkup is completed.

• No More Ghost Projects! Old projects no longer appear in the Profile section.
• Team Cleanup is Fixed! The Delete Team Member service is now working smoothly.
• Calendar Restored! Events now properly displayed in the Home section.
• ETP Access Restored! Teachers can now access the ETP tab without issues.
• ETP Steps Fixed! The "My English" section now presents steps correctly.
• Recognition for All! Auxiliary POCs can now see the "All Recognitions" section.
• POC Duplication Fixed! The same POC will no longer appear multiple times based on project leads.
• Badges Issue Resolved! Bugs related to new badge creation have been eliminated.
• Special Occasion Requests Approved! Managers can now approve special occasion gifts without issues.
